Privacy Policy

Ingram Legal PLLC (“Ingram Legal,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information through our website and related inquiry communications. It does not replace the terms of any client engagement agreement.

01

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company or professional role (if provided), requested service, general description of your matter, relevant parties or companies, and any deadline you identify. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information included in your message and subsequent communications.

Please provide only a general description of your matter at this stage. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information, or documents through the inquiry form.

Website activity. Our website is hosted by Framer and uses its built-in analytics to measure traffic, including visitor counts, page views, and referral sources. According to Framer, these analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Framer processes IP addresses and browser information using a daily changing hash to calculate daily unique visitors.

02

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;

  • Evaluate whether your matter fits our services and availability;

  • Identify potential conflicts of interest;

  • Arrange introductory discussions;

  • Operate, maintain, improve, and protect our website and communications; and

  • Meet applicable legal and professional obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship, confirm that we will accept your matter, or mean that we are monitoring or responsible for any deadline.

03

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, data storage, and security. These include Framer and Google.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or as permitted by applicable law and professional obligations to protect rights, address fraud or security threats, or respond to legal claims.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it for targeted advertising.

04

Cookies and Tracking

Framer’s built-in analytics do not use cookies. [Confirm: We do not use advertising pixels or permit third parties to track visitors across websites for advertising purposes.]

[Confirm the site’s response to browser “Do Not Track” signals and whether any additional services use cookies or similar technologies before finalizing this section.]

05

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate conflict-check records, and meeting legal and professional obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no website, email system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

06

Your Choices

You may choose not to provide information, although this may limit our ability to respond to or evaluate your inquiry.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, contact us at info@ingram.legal. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Certain information may need to be retained for legal or professional reasons, including conflict checking.

07

Third-Party Websites

08

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. If additional notice is required by applicable law, we will provide it.
